Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- 2 Years of Banquet or Catering experience is preferred.
Skills
- Reading, basic math, written language in English. Strong communication and customer services skills, good time management and organizational skills, ability to be self-directed. Ability to interface with Executive Management, staff and peers.
What You Will Do:
Perform tasks related to the set-up of catering functions in a timely manner according to customer requests, including, but not limited to, coordination of meeting rooms, set-up of tables and food, and cleaning.
Communicates pertinent information with kitchen staff when preparing catering events.
Presents high quality catered products; utilize creativity and training in displaying food items. Ensures that food is aesthetically pleasing and appealing. Understand department standards of food quality.
Maintain the supplies and equipment used in all catering functions, including, but not limited to, china, linens, silver, general smallwares, decorations, and client provided items.
Follows safe food handling standards and HACCP. Demonstrates and performs procedures when temperatures are inadequate according to standards. Follows established safety guidelines and practices safe knife skills. Follows proper hand hygiene.
Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
