Professional Placement Service LLC Quality Assurance Inspector in Bedford, Ohio
PPS is seeking a detail oriented Quality Assurance Inspector for our metal fabrication facility in Bedford Ohio. This is a full-time permanent position with great benefits including bonus eligibility and a high ceiling for growth!
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting final product using blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement instruments to ensure customer specs are met, and approving or rejecting products
- Identify defects in product and recommend solutions to correct
- Documenting test results, data, and any deviations from company standards
- Report issues and provide feedback across departments
- Calibrating and maintaining testing equipment
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality
?The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience in the metal fabrication industry
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Proven experience with precision measurement instruments
- Proficiency regarding verbal and written communication and computer use
- Problem-solving skills
