Foreman Duties
- Communicate clearly with technicians on assigned duties and set clear expectations
- Regular communications with supervisors, management, project managers, and customer contacts to ensure successful completion of jobs
- Provide training and guidance to new employees
- Ensure all employees are adhering to Service-Tech policy and are following all PPE requirements
- Complete paperwork including work orders, timesheets, and safety permits as required

``` - Work from lifts, ladders, and on the roofs of buildings

``` - Must be able to wear respirators - Must be able to work in confined spaces

``` - Operation of company vehicles - Some travel will require overnight stays in hotels

``` - Follow all Service-Tech and customer safety policies - Follow directions for safe use of chemicals and other potentially hazardous materials - Use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Able to crawl on hard surfaces
