Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager: ScrumMaster Agile Development, you will lead and coach the organization in scrum adoption and plan scrum implementations within the organization. You will ensure teams live agile values and principles and follow the agreed upon processes and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Facilitate Scrum Events: Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings as requested or needed to ensure teams are aligned and working efficiently. • Coach Development Team: Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality to improve collaboration and productivity. • Address Team Dynamics: Address team dynamics and remove blockers to ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently. • Implement Agile Methodologies: Apply expert knowledge in agile principles and methodologies to ensure teams are following best practices and ceremonies. • Ensure Agile Adoption: Ensure teams are living agile values and principles and following the agreed upon processes and practices to drive agile adoption within the organization.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Agile Principles and Methodologies: Experience with agile principles and methodologies, including techniques, practices, and ceremonies, to lead and coach the organization in scrum adoption and plan scrum implementations. • Scrum Event Facilitation: Experience facilitating scrum events, such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings, to ensure teams are aligned and working efficiently. • Coaching and Development: Experience coaching development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality to improve collaboration and productivity. • Agile Development Processes: Experience with software development processes, including iterative and incremental development, to ensure teams are following best practices. • Agile Certification: Certification in agile methodologies, such as ScrumMaster, to demonstrate expertise in agile principles and practices.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Agile Development Knowledge: Exposure to software development processes, including iterative and incremental development, to support agile adoption and implementation. • Scrum Framework Understanding: Exposure to scrum framework and its application in development teams to facilitate effective team collaboration and productivity. • Agile Coaching Techniques: Exposure to coaching techniques and methods to support development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
