CTG Multi-Disciplined Technician I in Bedford, Massachusetts
CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Multi-Disciplined Technician I to support Sterile Processing and Reagents operations. This hands-on role involves preparing, washing, and sterilizing labware and vials, simple vialing and labeling, and maintaining lab inventories while following strict safety and quality standards.

Job Title: Multi-Disciplined Technician I
Location: Bedford, MA
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Bedford, MA
Pay Rate: $22.23 - $27.63/hour Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: High School diploma/GED (minimum required). Open to candidates with higher level education (Bachelor's or Associate's) that may not have hands-on work experience but are familiar with the lab setting.
Qualifications:
1–3 years’ experience in Sterile Processing, lab, or life sciences environment preferred.
Team player, flexible, and open to cross-training.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with lab equipment, cleaning, and basic production processes.
Preferred Skills:
- 5S and lean manufacturing knowledge.
Work Environment:
Clean rooms, general labs, and cold rooms (2°C to -20°C). PPE required.
May handle hazardous materials in controlled environments.
