Job Title: Press Brake Operator (CNC) – 1st & 2nd Shift ($22-27/hr.)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team on either the 1st or 2nd shift. This role involves operating a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi CNC Press Brake Machine, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and performing routine machine maintenance. The successful candidate will train on the 2nd shift and must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!
Responsibilities
Operate Mitsubishi CNC Press Brake Machine efficiently and accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Perform edits and adjustments to machine programs as needed.
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines, including auto tool changers.
Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Set bending parameters such as pressure, angle, and back gauge position.
Utilize measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on the machine.
Use calipers and micrometers to ensure precise dimensions.
Perform calculations using basic math skills for bending.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake machines.
Ability to make basic program edits.
Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Willingness to train on the 2nd shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with state-of-the-art brake press machines.
Familiarity with operating CNC controls.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
