Location: Becker, MN Wage: $18.00/hr. Hours: 1st Shift: 6 AM 2:30 PM | Monday Friday Employment Type: Temporary | Summer Benefits of the machine operator: Weekly pay for all hours worked Stable work schedule Supportive and safety-focused culture Opportunity to extend past summer Duties of the machine operator: Set up and adjust production machinery Feed raw materials and parts into machines Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Track and record daily production output Troubleshoot and report equipment issues Maintain clean work areas (5S standards) Adhere to OSHA safety policies and site rules Ensure high product quality and care Requirements of the machine operator: Previous production machine experience Knowledge of measuring tools and basic math Ability to read blueprints and instructions Physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
