This hands-on role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and optimizing system performance to keep production running smoothly. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we d love to hear from you Duties of the maintenance technician: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and automated systems Assist with PLC programming, HMI configuration, and equipment upgrades Support safety, documentation, and process improvements Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize system performance Requirements of the maintenance technician: 1+ year of experience in maintenance or automation (manufacturing preferred) Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving and technical skills Self-starter with solid communication and computer skills Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery This is a safety-sensitive position under OSHA guidelines Additional Information: Apply today!
