Nike Senior Analyst, Project Management in Beaverton, Oregon
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Sr. Analyst, Project Management, you will report to the Director, Transformation Management Office. You will work with teams across Global Finance along with Technology, Enterprise Communications, and key external partners. You will support portfolio and program managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teammates to advance Finance’s multi-year transformation initiatives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sr. Analyst, Project Management supports finance-focused projects across Nike’s Global Finance organization. This role applies project management discipline, analytical strength, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive Finance’s transformational objectives. You will develop and maintain project plan, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely, high-quality execution across initiatives.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related business field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies. Program management experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in project management software (like Smartsheet) is preferred
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Sr. Analyst, Project Management, you’ll bring discipline, organization, and clarity to a portfolio of finance projects. You’ll partner closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure work aligns with financial objectives and operational priorities. You’ll deliver hands‑on project management support—building and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and driving execution across teams to keep initiatives on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
You will build and manage detailed project schedules, status reports, and risk/issue logs to track progress and keep partners aligned.
You will conduct research, analysis, and planning support to inform project scope, requirements, and decision-making.
You will coordinate work across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and Finance’s strategic roadmap.
You will support change management activities, communications, and adoption planning in partnership with Change Management teams.
You will help ensure projects deliver on time, within scope, and within budget by applying standard methodologies, tools, and templates.
