Insight Global Retail & Experience Lead in Beaverton, Oregon

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Adapt or develop seasonal retail stories, maintain branding, and visually amplify retail experiences for Nike

and Nike Partner stores.

  • Review assets and consult/provide precise feedback to APLA teams on an ongoing, timely basis, ensuring

overall quality, placements, visuals, materials, typography, and messaging follow Global brand guidance

and standards.

  • Design and execute concepts in the context of a physical retail environment that enhances overall

customer experiences.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the design and production processes and combine this knowledge with

the project objectives to solve creative challenges.

  • Oversee and guide agency partners on projects requiring local extensions and liaise with third-party

providers as needed.

  • Proactively and independently seek and source accurate information to drive projects forward and meet

critical deadlines.

Skills and Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING...

  • 5+ years of professional experience in experiential design/narrative--brand, client, or agency.

  • A robust multi-disciplinary background in all facets of experiential design (architectural/

environmental/graphic/digital) with a critical understanding of brand space, functionality, and build, and

the ability to apply these skills to elevate brand experiences.

  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, SketchUp, Keynote, Mac OSX, and MS Office Suite.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experience in a highly matrixed, dynamic environment

  • Experience and passion for working with international teams and understanding the realities of cultural

nuances and differences.

  • Working knowledge of today's digital channels and emerging technologies.

  • Passion for current trends in emerging technology, digital channels, design, art,

  • Experience with AR/VR and an understanding of the potential of these technologies in creating the future

of storytelling.

  • Strong resourcefulness and ability to cultivate cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Shows a strong sense of initiative and is solution oriented.

  • Ability to collaborate with and effectively guide external creative partners.
