ManpowerGroup Ink Technician in Beaverton, Oregon
Our client, a leader in the printing and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ink Technician to join their team. As an Ink Technician, you will be an essential part of the production support team, working directly within the customer's plant to ensure optimal ink performance and print quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Ink Technician
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay Range: Mon - Fri - 8am - 4:30pm
Shift: $21.29 (This is a three month opportunity)
What's the Job?
Perform all technical, manufacturing, and reporting tasks related to ink and printing as required by the customer.
Assist with color matching, blending ink batches, and press-related technical support to maximize printing efficiency.
Maintain accurate customer ink inventory, re-work old ink, and prepare detailed ink usage reports.
Participate in production and customer meetings to address technical issues and suggest improvements.
Provide ink training, support ink quality improvements, and implement cost reduction measures as needed.
What's Needed?
Basic understanding of printing processes and ink handling techniques.
Experience with Driving a Forklift
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently within a customer’s plant environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical challenges.
