Job Title: Production Associate - Sensor Assembly Job Description

Join our team and contribute to the full product builds of sensors using pre-fabricated materials. This role is ideal for individuals with electronics experience or small parts assembly skills. You will follow written work instructions to build individual components in a calm, quiet, and spacious shop.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly of product shells.

  • Engage in box builds and wire bonding.

  • Conduct soldering and packaging tasks.

  • Follow iPad work instructions accurately.

  • Inspect and ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production environments.

  • Proficiency in wiring, soldering, and electronic assembly.

  • Ability to read schematics and use hand tools.

  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Competency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Soldering experience is preferred.

  • Experience with SMT Machine Operation is a plus.

  • Ability to stand throughout the shift and work with small parts.

Work Environment

The facility offers an open and line-based production environment, characterized by its cleanliness and organization. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, and Saturday from 6am to 11am, totaling a 50-55 hour work week with required overtime. Monthly bonuses are available based on hours worked, ranging from $100-$500 for employees meeting their hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
