Job Title: Production Associate - Electronics Assembly Job Description

Responsibilities
Perform full product builds of sensors using pre-fabricated materials.
Follow written work instructions to assemble individual components.
Conduct mechanical assembly of product shells.
Complete box builds and wire bonding.
Engage in soldering and packaging tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and assembly.
Proficiency in wiring and electronic assembly.
Ability to use hand tools effectively.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Competency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Soldering experience is preferred.
Experience with SMT machine operation.
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, spacious, and line-based production facility, with shifts from Monday to Thursday (3:30 pm to 1:30 am) and Friday (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm). Commitment to a 50-55 hour work week, including overtime, is required. The facility fosters a calm and focused atmosphere conducive to precision work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
