ManpowerGroup US-Technician I in Beaver, Pennsylvania

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a US-Technician I to join their team. As a US-Technician I, you will be part of the maintenance and operations department supporting the technical team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-Technician I

Location: Beaver, PA

Pay Range: $17.12

Shift: Monday thru Friday 7a-3:30p

What's the Job?

  • Support the operation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.

  • Assist senior technicians or engineers in installation, repair, and maintenance tasks following safety protocols.

  • Perform routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in setup and teardown of equipment for production or testing.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial environments.

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
