System One Site Administrator in Beaumont, Texas
Title: Site Administrator
Location: Nederland, TX
Type: 12-Month Contract
We’re partnering with an established engineering client seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support field operations at their Nederland, TX location. This role will act as a Field Office Manager, providing day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager and project team with daily administrative tasks
Manage payroll support, including collecting and submitting timesheets to corporate
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientation and issuing badges
Order office supplies and coordinate deliveries
Maintain document control and file management systems
Assist with assembling data books and project manuals
Coordinate meetings and events, including conference room setup, catering, and breakdown
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar administrative or site support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
Additional Details:
Onsite role (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $28–33/hour, depending on experience
