Aerotek General Laborer in Beaumont, California
General Laborer/ Technician Role -- Beaumont, CA
Pay: $20–$24 per hour
Shifts: 4:30 AM–2:00 PM OR 2:30 PM–12:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours
We’re hiring dependable General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast‑paced, climate‑controlled warehouse. You’ll help maintain a clean workspace, move and stage inventory, and install metal fencing on robotics floors to support safety procedures. The work is physical, loud, and involves repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
What You’ll Do
Remove tape from floors and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Move, organize, and stage inventory.
Install metal fencing and gating on robotics floors.
Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, rulers, torque wrenches).
Drill into concrete and assemble metal frames.
Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
What You Need
Essential Skills
Skilled with hand and power tools.
Able to read a tape measure accurately.
Experience in installation, construction, carpentry, or mechanical assembly.
Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Helpful Extras
Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
Experience with forklifts or inventory management.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
