Duties Description Under the direction of Park Supervisor 1, SG-11 at Bear Mountain State Park, the selected candidate will perform various tasks including counting money, processing sales using a point-of-sale device and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties will include, but not be limited to:• Collect Park entry fees at parking lot entrances.• Address patron inquiries by phone and in person.• Assist with traffic direction.• Assist with customer service inquiries and administrative duties.• Help maintain park and office cleanliness, including light cleaning and picking up of park areas.• Assist in other areas of park operation as needed.• Communicate effectively with other staff and park patrons in a responsible and courteous manner.• Adhere to the agency’s Code of Conduct Policy and ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures in the performance of daily tasks.

Additional Comments OPERATIONAL NEEDS: • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and perform basic physical labor.
