Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Legal workstream of the Mobility separation initiative. This role will focus on cloning, separating, and standing up legal applications while ensuring Eaton data is properly stripped and Mobility‑specific data is identified, coordinated, and transitioned.
This PM will act as the central owner of Legal application delivery and Jira execution, partnering closely with Legal leadership, Oracle PMs, vendors, and Mobility stakeholders to ensure a smooth, well‑governed separation.

Skills and Requirements
Serve as Senior PM for Legal applications, coordinating closely with Steph and Clarke on the Legal side of the program.
Lead the cloning and spin‑up of 4–5 legal applications to support the Mobility entity.
Manage separation activities for stand‑alone legal tools, ensuring Eaton data is stripped and Mobility data is properly identified and transitioned.
Own execution across key legal systems, including:
SAS
Epic Point
OneTrust (data privacy and vendor risk)
Anaqua (IP management)
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure clean separation strategy, timelines, and delivery alignment.
Support non‑migrating applications by managing:
Metadata extraction and handoff to Mobility for legal counseling
Systems such as Legal eBilling and DocuSign CLM
Act as the primary Jira owner for Legal projects:
Build and manage Jira boards
Track epics, dependencies, and milestones
Drive visibility, accountability, and reporting
Partner with Sri (Oracle PM) to ensure alignment where Legal systems interface with Oracle or document management platforms.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across Legal application separation and escalate as needed.
Required Experience
10+ years of Project Management experience, with strong exposure to Legal applications, compliance, or regulated environments.
Proven experience managing application carve‑outs, separations, or clone‑and‑stand‑up initiatives.
Strong familiarity with legal technology platforms, including privacy, vendor risk, IP, CLM, and eBilling systems.
Advanced Jira expertise — must be comfortable owning and running Jira projects end‑to‑end.
Experience coordinating across multiple PMs, vendors, and technical teams in complex enterprise programs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to operate confidently with Legal leadership.

This PM ensures data integrity, compliance, and continuity during the Mobility separation.
