Job Description

The Project Manager / Scrum Master plays a central delivery and governance role within Programme ATLAS, which has been established to support the separation of Eaton Mobility into a standalone entity and the associated transformation of Payroll, Time and Labour systems. The role is accountable for end to end project execution, agile delivery, stakeholder representation, and control of risks, vendors, and finances.

PR: 60-70/hr

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of IT Project Management experience

Experience of leading a program that costs more than $1m and extended over 1 year

"The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the IT PTL Product Owner and the ATLAS Programme Manager throughout the programme

  • Create and manage project plans for all implementations. Manage the JIRA board and run the Sprints. Prepare comprehensive Status reports

  • Managing the communications across the whole ATLAS programme. Running regular Stakeholder meetings and Executive Steering committees on various frequencies.

  • Building strong relationships with 3rd party vendors, supporting IT Contracts team build the contracts with them and tracking their work against the agreed Statement of Work (SoW).

  • Tracking and reporting the financials of the programme

  • Managing the risks, issues, assumptions, constraints and dependencies of the programme and clearly articulating these to the stakeholders. Building effective risk mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Ensuring the correct resources are allocated to the programme, with support from the PTL Product Owner

  • Tracking and reporting on different testing phases

  • Monitoring the Organisational Change Management (OCM) and training activities"
