Job Description
Eaton is replicating its HR technology portfolio to support the Mobility spin‑off. This role will serve as the technical authority for Oracle HR EBS, ensuring system design, integration, and execution meet enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead Oracle HR EBS Architect for the Mobility initiative
Own technical design across Oracle EBS Release 12, including configuration and customizations
Lead and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems
Partner closely with boundary teams, developers, and project leadership
Provide technical guidance during requirements definition, build, testing, and deployment
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the HR platform
Support implementation governance and post‑go‑live stabilization
PR: 25/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle HR EBS (Release 12)
Strong background in configuration, integrations, and custom development
Proven experience as a technical architect in enterprise HR environments
Ability to collaborate across global teams and drive complex initiatives
Experience supporting spin‑offs or large HR transformations strongly preferred
