Eaton’s division is currently seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Ops & Analytics, Lead Analyst.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $104,000.00 - $143,000.00 a year.

What you’ll do:

Job Description :

Produce all Talent Acquisition and Early Talent metrics and scorecard/productivity measures leveraging Power Bl and SAP Bl to analyze business data, including those that are related to employer branding and candidate experience to inform TA and Early Talent functions. Produce critical data points by leveraging multiple data hubs and tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, PL/SQL and SAP Talent Management modules to contribute strategic talent programs decisions. Lead vendor efficiencies tracking by processing complex data sets and working with Talent Acquisition (TA) Regional leaders to contribute to decision making process for vendor service selection and/or improve utilization. Work with HR stakeholders across the organization to support recruitment analytics queries. Provide report outs to senior leadership teams for ad-hoc and critical reporting requests. Function as a subject matter expert for all recruitment data and compliance reporting requests, conduct regular audits for data diligence. Lead implementing Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics modules in collaboration with HR Enablement and Innovation team, as well as third parties in major HR digital transformation projects of implementing talent platforms. Position is fixed location based in Beachwood, OH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience working in a professional recruiting or talent acquisition function. Experience must include

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently)

  • Using PL/SQL to extract data using complex queries and joins, focusing on Oracle HRMS and HRMS security.

  • Resolving data issues within HRMS and Talent Acquisition data for analytical purposes and downstream Power Bl dashboards.

  • Oracle and OBIEE, with a focus on managing legacy data and executing audit queries based on business requirements within Oracle HRMS and Talent Acquisition modules.

  • Power Bl, including designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports for data analysis and business insights.

  • Connecting to various data sources, transforming data using Power Query, and implementing DAX for complex calculations.

  • Experience in SAP Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules.

  • Managing recruitment workflows and streamlining onboarding activities.

  • Using SAP reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and support informed decision-making
