Food Prep Workers. 6 temp/full-time Barry's Do Me A Flavor, LLC from 4/1/26 - 10/16/26.

Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that req only a short prep time. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare/grill/cook/fry foods. Clean dining areas and work areas, wash dishes, pots and pans. Stock service areas with supplies, empty trash and perform assorted side duties. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary.

Sat and Sun work req, when necessary.On-the-job training provided.

Emp pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workwk for all gov-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees). For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commuting distance), emp reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point in the contract (unless paid in advance). Inbound travel includes transport costs from workers perm residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates req by law, currently $16.28/day min or $68/day max for workers with acceptable receipts), and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable.

Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Emp provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contract period or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequent employment. Emp guarantees to offer hrs equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total contract period, beginning with the workers first workday and ending on the contract end date or any ext thereof. Emp may count all hrs worked, as well as any hrs offered within the standard work schedule that a worker chooses to not work, up to the max number of daily hrs on the job order. Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or the full 3/4 period guarantee described above. Emp provides all tools, supplies and equipment (incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to perform duties. If requested, emp helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging.

309 Centre St. Beach Haven, NJ 08008 in Ocean county. No daily transport to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transport complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations. Wage rate is $18.50/Hr. OT hours vary at: $27.75/Hr. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure.

A single workwk will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers are paid by check on Fri. Work schedule 6 or 7 hrs/day depending on shift, 36 or 42 hrs/week, depending on shift. Mon - Sun, morning shift 10 am-4 pm; evening shift 4 pm-11 pm. These shifts will be rotated between workers. 6 days a week with 1 day off. These days may vary. The emp guarantees at least 36 hrs/wk. Emp may offer more than the stated work hrs, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Emp makes all payroll deductions req by law. Emp does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deducts must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: Emp deducts reasonable FMV cost of rent/utilities based on # of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD).
