Emerson Import Export Support in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit GPB applications accurately and on time, manage communication with customs
Track import/export declaration processes and ensure smooth workflow。
Support import and export operations with proper documentation management
Communicate with broker to support the daily operations and manage broker performance KPIs
Assist in the application of trade permits and relevant approvals
Maintain organized filing of compliance documents and records based on the aligned process
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliance
Stay updated on Malaysian trade regulations and assist in process implementation
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in trade compliance, customs, or international logistics are preferred.
Knowledge of local customs process and Malaysian import/export regulations
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
