Job Description
We are seeking MiG /TIG skilled welders to join our team, with positions available on 1st shift and opportunities for transition to the 2nd shift. The primary responsibility is to fabricate various sheet metal products, following drawings, instructions, and company guidelines.
Responsibilities
Operate welding equipment to work with carbon steel in various thicknesses in horizontal and vertical positions, including stainless steel and aluminum as required.
Demonstrate proficiency in TIG and wire welding.
Visualize and interpret finished product designs through print reading.
Perform finish grinding on welded sheet metal using a hand grinder, ensuring welded and ground corners are cosmetically adequate.
Repair improperly welded pieces and fill holes as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Professional welding experience, specifically with steel and sheet metal.
Proficiency in using grinders for sheet metal fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in fabricating and grinding.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break and a 15-minute paid break. The 1st shift runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with options to stay until 3:30 or 4:30 pm. Saturday shifts are from 5 am to 10 am on a rotational basis. The 2nd shift operates from 4 pm to 12:30 am with a $2.00 per hour shift premium, extending to 2:30 am if available. Training for 2nd shift occurs on the 1st shift for 1-4 weeks. The environment is clean, safe, well-lit, organized, and features good air quality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
