The primary purpose of this position is to assist Members First Credit Union to deliver on its mission, vision, and brand promise. You will do this by living out our core values in every service contact to both internal and external members. Essential Duties {#essential-duties section-id="cj52u9" data-start="1716" end="1737"}
- Lead the team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and potential including hiring, onboarding, development planning, goal setting, coaching, training, and compliance
- Appraise performance and provide recommendations for compensation, promotion, and discipline
- Oversee visual standards for branch facilities and collaborate with Facilities/Marketing
- Work schedule includes Monday--Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday coverage as needed, and occasional extended hours and travel
- Successfully obtain Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation within first year

Complete orientation of new employees and ensure ongoing training across all products, services, and initiatives
Collaborate with Branch Operations Director and HR on hiring, development, and performance management
Develop and manage department budget and monitor monthly variances
