Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT.
Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.
Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.
Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Diploma related Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Technology
Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field
Willing to work in 12 hours shift
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
Hands-on experience with FUJI NXT Pick and Place machines
Familiar with AOI programming (Koh Young)
Hands on SMT reflow profiling and profile board fabrication
Familiar with Glue dispensing (Asymtek)
SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime if required
