Solstice Advanced Materials Logistics Analyst II- Tolling Operations in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
As a Logistics Analyst II – Tolling Operations here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will manage and optimize logistics movements and SAP transactional execution between tollers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely SAP processing of material movements, purchase orders, stock transfers, production receipts, inventory reconciliation, freight transactions and customer deliveries associated with Solstice’s tolling network.
The ideal candidate combines strong SAP transactional expertise, logistics execution knowledge, tolling inventory controls, and cross-functional coordination skills to support seamless movement of raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished goods between Solstice plants, tollers, warehouses, and customers. This position plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, service reliability, invoice validation, and process compliance across the tolling supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SAP Transaction Management - Tolling
Own daily SAP transactional execution supporting toll manufacturing logistics flows
Process and monitor: STOs (Stock Transport Orders), Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Tolling Production, Inventory Transfers Goods issues/Goods receipts, Batch movements, Delivery creation and shipment updates
Ensure accurate PGI, ASN, and goods movement postings
Troubleshoot failed SAP transactions and resolve interface issues with plants, warehouses, 3PLs, and tollers
Maintain transaction accuracy for CIP 900 and other Solstice SAP environments
Tolling Logistics Operations
Coordinate shipment execution between Solstice manufacturing sites, Tollers, Warehouses, Freight forwarders, Carriers
Manage inbound raw material replenishment to tollers
Support outbound finished goods replenishment from tollers to Solstice distribution points
Monitor shipment milestones and resolve delays
Inventory and Reconciliation
Reconcile SAP inventory against toller physical inventory and warehouse reports
Investigate stock discrepancies, negative balances, blocked stock, and batch variances
Support month-end inventory close and tolling accrual activities
Validate toller consumption and production reporting versus SAP transactions
Assist Finance with transaction audit support and inventory accuracy reporting
Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Freight, Billing, and Cost Validation
Review freight invoices against executed SAP shipments
Validate accessorial charges, detention, demurrage, ISO tank usage, and storage costs
Support freight cost allocation and reporting tied to tolling activities
Resolve invoice discrepancies with carriers, brokers, and Finance
Process Improvement and Governance
Develop and maintain SOPs for tolling SAP transactions and logistics workflows
Identify transactional failure points and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement in SAP automation, Workflow controls, Master data integrity, Shipment visibility, Toller inventory reporting
Partner with IT and SAP support teams on system enhancements

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience
SAP transactional experience: US imports, US exports, and US domestic shipments
49 CFR, IMDG, and IATA certified
Strong experience supporting toll manufacturing or 3PL
Hands-on HazMat SAP experience

Experience in HazMat, bulk ISO tank, rail, packaging supply chains
Microsoft Excel experience
Power BI/Tableau experience
Ability to manage multiple tollers, plants, and changing shipping priorities

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary for this position is $61k-$80k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
