We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a large manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge . This is a hands‑on role for experienced techs with strong troubleshooting skills and PLC experience .
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Support production lines (conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging systems)
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
PLC troubleshooting (I/O, sensors, fault finding; Allen‑Bradley preferred)
Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical skills
PLC troubleshooting experience required
Experience with motors, drives, sensors, VFDs, relays, and control panels
Comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision
Reliable, safety‑minded, and production‑focused
Details
$33/hour starting pay
Rotating shifts with overnight and occasional weekend responsibility available

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
