Dock Superintendent $100,000+ Yearly
Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key Requirements: Must have experience in Marine repair, shipyard or heavy industrial environments. Strong knowledge of marine equipment, repair processes, and logistics Experience supervising skilled labor and coordinating multiple concurrent projects Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Plan, schedule, and oversee all vessel repair activities at assigned docks Oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of dock equipment (cranes, forklifts, pumps, generators. Ensure all equipment is operational, certified, and compliant with applicable regulations. Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Conduct regular safety meetings and audits Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Maintain compliance with OSHA, USCG, and company standards Bonus, based on performance. Shifts: Monday-Friday 0700-4:00 PM Overtime, nights, and weekends as required to support vessel schedules
