Interfor Bathurst Division NB is looking for professional, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join
our team as a Certified Millwright , you will perform
quality work, provide support services, and perform preventative maintenance
processes that pertain to optimum mechanical performance of our facility.
What You’ll Do
Responsiblefor installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanicalequipment such as pumps, fans, and conveyors.
Install,troubleshoot, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Repairor replace chains; belt conveyors; gear boxes/drive chains; hydraulics& pneumatics; welding/cutting; and using power tools.
Operatehoisting and lifting devices such as cranes and jacks during theinstallation, set-up, and repair of machinery.
Participatingin the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement of allmachine centers.
Readblueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
Keepingdetailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
Cleaning,lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance tasks throughout theoperation.
Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance and strictly observe safety procedures to avoid accidents.
