Join Our Team: Early Childhood Educator

Locations: Bath Brunswick Salt Bay

The Role

Lead a safe, nurturing classroom that meets Head Start standards. Your day-to-day includes:

• Leading & Planning: Creating developmentally appropriate activities for all children.
• Family Partnership: Building individual education plans and conducting home visits.
• Empowerment: Supporting low-income families and encouraging parent involvement.
• Growth: Tracking development and engaging in professional training.

What You Bring

• Education: Associates degree in early childhood education (or equivalent).
• Heart: A genuine interest in working with preschoolers and our community.
• Skills: Strong communication, tech-savviness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Physicality: Ability to bend to a childs level and lift up to 40 lbs.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Successful completion of background, CPS, and motor vehicle checks.
• Physicians health statement, immunization records, and TB screening.
