Join Our Team: Part-Time Custodian in Bath!
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a consistent part-time role that makes a real difference in your community? Midcoast Maine Community Action (MMCA) is looking for you!
Help us keep our space safe, clean, and welcoming for our clients and staff.
The Perks:
- Schedule: 2528 hours per week
- Flexibility: Perfect for early birds or night owls (shifts are early morning or after hours)
What Youll Do:
- Keep our restrooms, offices, and common areas sparkling.
- Manage trash/recycling and keep supplies stocked.
- Work independently to ensure the building is secure and ready for the day.
What Were Looking For:
- Reliability: Someone we can trust to get the job done right.
- Independence: Youre a self-starter who follows protocols with care.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
Note: This position is not eligible for benefits. Prior to starting employment, must be able to pass criminal background, child protective services, sex offender registry, and motor vehicle record checks.
