Lockers Manufacturing, LLC Rollformer Operator 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Batesville, Mississippi

Rollformer Operator (Day Shift: 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM) LockersMFG is seeking a Rollformer Operator to join our day shift team as we expand into manufacturing wood and plastic locker components. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating Rollformer equipment to accurately produce custom parts from design specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to troubleshoot programs and setups to maintain efficient production. We are looking for a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and the drive to help bring custom locker designs from concept to finished product.

The Rollformer Operator will be responsible for the following within the manufacturing department:

  1. Immediately notify supervisor of any accidents within the department and fill out appropriate documentation.

  2. Safety FIRST - Wear proper PPE.

  3. Follow the 6S environment including documented audits to verify cleanliness standards have been maintained.

  4. Work within the department to maximize productivity.

  5. Track productivity measurements and fill out documentation on a daily basis.

  6. Record program changes, machine settings, and production results for consistency and future runs.

  7. Follow all prototype operations and fill out inspection sheet.

  8. Follow quality issues of all team members on the shift.

  9. Comply with training and documentation of individual team members.

  10. Follow Rollformer Operator work instructions.

In addition to the above responsibilities Rollformer Operator must be able to:

  1. Create and edit Rollformer programs to produce locker components from design specifications.

  2. Prepare Rollformer machines by installing tools, loading programs, and setting correct material positions.

  3. Operate Rollformer equipment to cut and shape wood and plastic locker parts accurately.

  4. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required measurements and design standards

  5. Identify and fix programming, tooling, or setup issues to maintain efficient production

  6. Load raw materials and organize finished parts to support a smooth production workflow.

  7. Work with production and design teams to turn custom locker concepts into finished products.

  8. Identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production.
