About the role
HealthFitness is excited to welcome an Aquatic Fitness Instructor to our team at Mercy HealthPlex - West Clermont, managed by HealthFitness in Batavia, OH ! In this role, you’ll lead fun, effective, and safe aquatics group exercise classes that help members move better, feel stronger, and enjoy their time in the water. If you’re passionate about motivating others and creating an inclusive, upbeat class environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. This is a part‑time position working approximately 2 hours per week.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Aquatics Group Exercise to members.
Minimum Requirements
Current Water Aerobics certification from FiTour, AEA, or WaterArt required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
