Your Tasks * Assist RNs and healthcare providers in assessing patient needs and care plans * Administer medications and nursing procedures as prescribed * Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.) * Observe and report changes in patient condition or response to treatment * Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation * Assist with examinations and treatments * Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications * Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment * Monitor supply levels and complete requisition requests * Support and oversee unlicensed staff as needed##### ##### Our requirements## ### Minimum Qualifications * Active New York State LPN license * Minimum 6 months of nursing experience * Strong communication and observational skills * Ability to follow clinical procedures and maintain documentation## ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or clinical settings * Experience working in a structured healthcare or government environment##### ##### Pay Range: $29 $34 per hourWeekly payDirect depositMedical insurance optionsPre-tax commuter benefits Shifts:6:15 AM 2:45 PM 2:15 PM 10:45 PM10:15 PM 6:45 AM
