Housekeeper/ EVS Tech / Laundry
Report to the environmental services director for work scheduling. Perform daily cleaning procedures in accordance with HHS training videos and policies in assigned areas. Record work completed on area assignment checklist. Police assigned area at the beginning of each shift Respond to housekeeping department pages. Perform other tasks as assigned by department director.
Able to lift 0 40 lbs. frequently Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Capable of lifting furniture and equipment (25 100 lbs.) frequently Capable of pushing and pulling a maid cart, linen cart, or various equipment (over 100 lbs.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment (25 100 lbs.) frequently Must have communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Must be able to handle/interact with all chemicals used (i.e., bleach, wax, VIREX, etc.) Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and even hours as needed per assigned area
