Key Responsibilities * Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming * Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) * Assist with patient mobility and transfers * Apply basic treatments such as compresses, binders, and hot/cold applications as directed * Assist patients with specimen collection (urine, etc.) * Maintain patient rooms and ensure a clean, safe environment * Support nursing staff with routine care and documentation * Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff * Assist with transporting patients as needed ### Minimum Qualifications * Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * Ability to lift and assist patients as needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment ### Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care setting * Experience supporting multiple patients in a structured care environment
