The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for a range of HR administrative and operational duties, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, coordinating and delivering training programs, maintaining HR records and systems, overseeing employee lifecycle events, preparing HR reports, developing HR procedures, and supporting audits. The role also involves serving as a point of contact for HR queries and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
What You Will Do:
Support monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, and overtime inputs; preparing payroll adjustments; and collaborating with Payroll and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Administer employee benefits programs, including changes in enrolment, claims support, and coordination with vendors, while providing clear guidance to employees regarding policies and procedures.
Plan, organize, and execute training initiatives for employees, including both in-house and external programs. This involves preparing training proposals and agreements, liaising with external training providers, coordinating training venues, and conducting post-training evaluations.
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and analyses. Facilitate training sessions as a trainer. Manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery, such as maintaining training documentation and databases, and preparing payment documents.
Compile training records for departing employees (those who have resigned or whose contracts have ended), including updating and maintaining training records to support internal and external audit requirements.
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract modifications, and offboarding ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. Maintain and update employee master data within the HRIS (e.g., personal information, job details, reporting structures, and compensation elements), ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness. Maintain employee personnel files (both digital and physical), ensuring completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards (such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave balances, and contract status) and contribute to HR metrics monitoring. Develop, update, and adhere to HR operations SOPs, templates, and checklists; identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize service quality and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR operational inquiries, ensuring prompt, accurate responses and proper case documentation or escalation as necessary. Support internal and external audits through the provision of required HR documentation and evidence, as well as the tracking of corrective actions related to HR operations.
Perform additional HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned to support HR operational excellence and enhance the employee experience.

Degree and Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
At least three to five years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in both spoken and written English
