A professional with minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including 7 years in Project management roles.

  1. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects and solid technical knowledge across both pre-tender and post-tender stages. The candidate will be responsible for leading projects from tendering through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Tender Stage

  • Review tender documents (ITT/RFQ), specifications, and drawings in detail.

  • Lead the preparation of technical proposals, methodologies, and execution strategies.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to develop BOQ/MTO and cost estimates.

  • Identify project risks, constraints, and assumptions, and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Participate in technical and commercial bid clarifications with clients.

  • Support value engineering and optimization of design and execution approach.

Post-Tender Stage

  • Lead project kick-off and ensure smooth handover from tendering to execution team.

  • Manage overall project execution, ensuring compliance with contract, specifications, and standards.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation).

  • Monitor project progress, budget, and resources; implement corrective actions when required.

  • Oversee engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction progress.

  • Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations, and change orders.

  • Ensure quality assurance, HSE compliance, and proper documentation.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • Support commissioning, testing, and project close-out activities.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure project lifecycle (roads, buildings, utilities, substations, pipelines, etc.).

  • Expertise in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.

  • Experience in BOQ/MTO preparation and cost estimation.

  • Familiarity with contract types (FIDIC preferred) and project controls.

  • Ability to manage technical coordination across disciplines.

  1. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
