Join the #VTeamLife.What you'll be doing...Verizon's Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels.Joining the VCG Wholesale team, you will focus on the day-to-day support of the Business Development Team and Consumer Wholesale attorneys. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of Consumer Wholesale reseller agreements, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to Verizon corporate guidelines, and other special projects.As Sr Manager - Program & Project Management, you will:- Contract Development: You will be a critical resource, working with the Business Development team and Consumer Wholesale attorneys to develop and manage Consumer Wholesale wireless reseller agreements, amendments, and NDAs. This includes but is not limited to creating bespoke contract language tailored to specific product and service offerings and financial structures. As part of contract development, you will play an active role in negotiating contract terms and conditions alongside the Business Development team and Consumer Wholesale attorneys. In addition, you will develop detailed executive summaries of agreements for C-suite approval, in accordance with CPS 103 guidelines.- Maintain and archive all contract documents: As custodian of all Consumer Wholesale reseller agreements, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of those agreements and associated documents, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of all Wholesale documents.- Contract Compliance: Track reseller compliance with contractual obligations, including but not limited to, monthly revenue to ensure compliance with Minimum Revenue Requirements. You may also act as lead on special projects to ensure contract compliance.- Work with internal and external partners and Resellers: Resolve issues across Finance, Marketing, Corporate Development, and other departments. Effectively influence leaders and peers without direct authority.What we're looking for...We are looking for a dedicated Problem Solver who acts with a sense of urgency to develop and manage Reseller Agreements. You enjoy "digging deep" to resolve contract issues and drive agreements to execution. As a skilled Communicator, you maintain professional composure while navigating complex conversations with internal partners and prospective Resellers. A natural Prioritizer, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing a high volume of tasks without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail.You'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.- Three or more years of relevant experience working with contracts, including drafting and managing contractsEven better if you have one or more of the following:- Self-starter that can work independently and with teams- Ability to analyze contract terms to evaluate potential risk to the business- Experience translating complex legal language into plain English for non-legal stakeholders- Ability to manage multiple workstreams on tight deadlines- Curious about AI with a strong interest in developing AI proficiency, and how it can be implemented to improve efficiency- Process improvement mindset- Proficient with various programs and tools, including Google Suite of productivity tools (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or the equivalent Microsoft Office tools), Litera comparison, and Adobe Sign (DocuSign)If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
