We’re looking for a Finance Manager, Global Record to Report to join our Corporate Finance team in Basingstoke. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across our global operations, while driving continuous improvement and building a high-performing team. You will play a key role in ensuring strong financial control, supporting business objectives and shaping how we operate as a global finance function.
Reporting to the Head of R2R, you will join a team of 30,000 extraordinary teammates where success is a team sport and play leads the way.
What you will be doing
You will lead and develop a high-performing R2R team, ensuring delivery is efficient, accurate and aligned to policy and SLAs.
You’ll drive a strong culture of financial control, ensuring audit compliance and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
You will oversee accounting activity across international entities, ensuring records and reporting meet statutory requirements.
From period end close to financial analysis, you will ensure deadlines are met and insights are delivered with clarity.
You will build strong relationships across Finance, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders and supporting decision making.
You will champion continuous improvement, working with peers to standardise processes and enhance performance.
You will be a trusted partner across our global finance community, working closely with R2R leaders, regional finance teams and group accounting. When complexity arises, you will bring clarity, structure and practical solutions.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Basingstoke.
Qualifications & Experience
You’re a structured, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings clarity to complexity. You have strong experience in Record to Report within a shared services environment and know how to lead teams to deliver at pace.
You should also bring:
Professional qualification, ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong post-qualified experience.
Proven experience leading and developing teams, creating a culture of accountability and growth.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with the confidence to guide others and solve complex challenges.
Experience of month-end close, financial reporting in particular Capital projects, capital accounting and IFRS16 requirements and driving process improvements.
A collaborative approach, building strong relationships across teams and functions.
A proactive mindset, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
