Position Summary

As a Technical Trainer & Training Specialist , you will play a key role in empowering our maintenance, completion, and production teams across the EMEA region. Based in Basel, you will design and deliver high‑quality theoretical and hands‑on training programs, ensuring our technicians stay fully compliant with regulations and aligned with our Skills Development Center / Jet Academy standards.

Your mission

Training Design & Development

  • Build and continuously update engaging technical training curricula, including manuals, practical training syllabi, and multimedia content.

  • Select and apply modern, effective training methods tailored to diverse learning needs.

Instruction & Facilitation

  • Deliver classroom training for compliance-related topics as well as theoretical and practical technical training.

  • Foster a positive, impactful learning environment that strengthens operational capability.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all training content remains fully aligned with relevant EASA regulations and internal standards.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date training profiles, documentation, and records in SuccessFactors.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and evaluate training feedback to drive ongoing enhancements.

  • Introduce and refine internal assessment standards for Trainers and Mentors, including evaluation and authorization processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an aviation environment.

  • Part‑66 B1/C or B2/C license preferred.

  • Solid understanding of EASA regulations , Safety Management Systems (SMS) , and Human Factors .

  • Foundational technical knowledge in maintenance and production .

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools, ideally SuccessFactors .

  • Interest in continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Fluent in English verbal and written. German and French are a plus.
