Vontier Staff Accountant in Barueri-sp, Brazil
A Vontier , empresa global de tecnologia industrial, está em busca de um Staff Accountant , que desempenhará um papel fundamental no suporte ao processo de fechamento mensal e anual, garantindo relatórios financeiros precisos, entregues em tempo hábil e em consonância com a conformidade.
Responsabilidades:
Apoiar as atividades de fechamento contábil de fim de mês e fim de ano, incluindo a preparação e contabilização de lançamentos contábeis e a conclusão tempestiva das entregas de relatórios financeiros;
Apoiar a consolidação mensal dos resultados financeiros;
Apoiar auditorias estatutárias das demonstrações financeiras e a preparação das demonstrações financeiras estatutárias;
Atuar como administrador de sistemas para plataformas contábeis: gerenciar solicitações de acesso/alteração de usuários, importar e manter taxas de câmbio, abrir/fechar períodos contábeis e apoiar mudanças de configuração do sistema;
Preparar reconciliações de balanço patrimonial e análises de contas para suportar os processos de fechamento e auditoria;
Executar controles mensais e trimestrais como parte da conformidade com a SOX;
Realizar cálculos relacionados à contabilização de provisões, ativos e despesas;
Auxiliar no atendimento a solicitações de auditoria;
Auxiliar em projetos pontuais de finanças e contabilidade;
Conduzir melhorias de processos e oportunidades de automação na contabilidade corporativa para aumentar a eficiência e a precisão.
Pré-requisitos:
Formação em Contabilidade;
Vivência na área;
Registro ativo no CRC;
Inglês fluente;
Excel avançado;
Experiência com SOX;
Conhecimento do AX2012 (ou ERP semelhante) e Microsoft 365 é diferencial;
