Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN independently manages patient care, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for patients on the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care
Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other healthcare team members
Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
Maintain professional accountability and support ongoing professional development

Requirements
ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification
Minimum6 months of RN acute care experience
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Location: Bartow, FL
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Shift: Shift 3 (Nights)
Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
On-Call: No
Remote Work: Never
