Position Description: RN - Charge Nurse
The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:
Registered Nurse license
BLS
2 years RN acute care experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
ICU Experience
Preferred:
1 year Leadership experience

Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
Shift: Shift 3
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
