Commercial Painter
Join a skilled team performing exterior painting, caulking, and building maintenance on commercial and industrial facilities. This role involves hands‑on work outdoors, at heights, and across various job sites in the Greater Chicago and Milwaukee areas.
What You’ll Do
Remove and replace exterior caulk on commercial/industrial buildings
Prep surfaces and apply commercial/industrial coatings
Use hand and power tools safely
Work on ladders, scaffolds, boom lifts, and swing stages
Set up work areas, protect surfaces, and clean job sites
Follow all safety procedures and report incidents
Travel reliably to job sites; occasional overnight travel in the Midwest
What You Bring
2+ years of commercial caulking and/or painting experience
Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with commercial/industrial building repair
Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools
Experience working from lifts and multi‑level scaffolding
Willingness to travel for occasional out‑of‑town projects (lodging provided)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
