The Opportunity
Your Impact Starts Here – As a key member of our Barrie, Ontario team, you will be at the heart of our growing Contaminated Lands group. You’ll support our multidisciplinary Earth & Environment professionals, helping us deliver projects that protect communities, restore ecosystems, and support major environmental and infrastructure initiatives across Ontario and beyond. This role blends meaningful administrative support with exposure to impactful technical project work.
Your Impact
Deliver in‑person administrative support that keeps our Barrie office running smoothly.
Support the Contaminated Lands team with scheduling, meeting preparation, document control, and coordination.
Review, format, and prepare proposals, reports, letters, and contracts with precision and professionalism.
Use our project management systems to open projects, track opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation.
Attend selected team meetings and prepare minutes when required.
Maintain and update critical team documents (CVs, protocols, digital tools) to support operational excellence.
Collaborate with other business units to provide administrative support for cross‑disciplinary initiatives.
Develop an understanding of team operations to proactively support business needs.
Contribute ideas and solutions—your voice matters and shapes how we work.
The Skills That Set You Apart
A post‑secondary diploma in business administration or related studies (preferred).
Proven experience providing administrative support in an office or project environment.
Excellent English communication skills, written and oral.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak project cycles.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 – $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 – $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $57,700 – $79,500
