How you create impact

The Operations Optimization Specialist plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency within the Air Logistics Global Services environment. This position focuses on implementing practical, hands-on process improvements, ensuring business continuity, and aligning local operations with global standards. The role includes validating processes, optimizing system usage, supporting operational teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Specialist leads and contributes to global projects, following formal project management methodologies and steps to ensure consistent execution, proper documentation, and successful implementation of global standards. You will make a difference in our Air Freight Logistics Department in combination of your set of skills and the following tasks:

  • Review and validate new Work Instructions (WIs) for migrations to KNGS following JIRA guidelines.

  • Maintain WIs and ensure related WIKI pages remain updated.

  • Provide day-to-day support for KNGS systems.

  • Execute setups for new migrations and existing tasks.

  • Provide hands-on operational support to daily teams.

  • Monitor internal systems to identify deviations and recommend improvements.

  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels to ensure alignment and resolve issues.

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, even under pressure.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.

  • Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Drive automation initiatives (RPA) and promote e‑Touch improvements.

  • Foster continuous improvement through analytical insights and performance reviews.

  • Support process optimization and standardization across migrations and system setups.

What we would like you to bring

  • High School Diploma

  • Fluent English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).

Preferred :

  • 2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics.

  • Freight forwarding experience.

  • Experience in project management, lean six sigma and process optimization.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management across different levels.

  • High self-motivation and effective time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and ability to drive results.

  • Demonstrated competencies in: Drive & Commitment, Collaboration & Teamwork, Business & Solutions orientation, Transformation & Innovation, Self & Others development, and Customer Excellence.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Hybrid work model.

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
