1) Job Opportunity: Server, 4 of Temporary,full-timeopenings
2) Job duties: The Serveris responsible forensuring the overall dining satisfaction of guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as anyspecial eventsthat may arise.It is vital for the Server to create and manage positive relationships with internal clients as well as external clients.The Servers primary function is to tend to the dining needs of guests. The Server is expected to greet guests, describe menu items in a pleasant and informative manner, and answergeneral questionsabout food and beverage items. The Serveris responsible forensuring that the dietary concerns of all guests are accounted for and relayed to the kitchen staff. The Serveris responsible fortaking food and drink orders, as well as serving said orders in a professional andtimelymanner. Other daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: Stocking items as needed, Polishing silverware, and glassware, Bussing tables, Rearranging dining room as needed, General cleaning (Sweeping, mopping, removing trash, etc.)

- Work hours and days:\ Basic Schedule:40 hoursper week\ Hours: 7:00AM 4:00PM;M-F; couldpossibly workweekend; schedule includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

3) Geographic area of intended employment: WindsorCounty, VT
4) Rate of Pay: \$27.16 per hour
5)Overtime hours are offered
- Rate of overtime pay: \$40.65 per hour
6) Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
7) Frequency of pay:Bi-Weekly
8) Does Employer offer any type of bonus or pay above the hourly wage rate?Employerdoesnot offer any type of bonus or pay above the hourly wage rate. However, tips may be available.
9) Boarding options:Voluntary, low-cost housing is available to workers for theoptionto board; \$600.00/month is deducted from workers paychecks for workers who choose housing; all utilities paid; housing is not mandatory.
10) Employer will make all deductions for workers paycheck as required by law; deductions Employer intends to make from paycheck, which are not required by law, if applicable,would bedeductions for housing, as discussed above, if employee choose voluntary housingoption. Employer may allow deductions not required by lawas long asadvance permission is granted byemployeeor Employer willstatethe specific deductions.
11) If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,employerwill reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and daily subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts.
12) Employer will pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, as is also outlined above.
13)Employer does provide daily transportation to the worksite.
14) Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government incurred by the H-2B worker via check issued to employee (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
15) Employer will provide workers, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, equipmentrequiredto perform duties assigned.
