Job Description
Production Support & Workflow Coverage
- Rotate between Woodshop, Blasting, and Paint departments based on production needs to prevent bottlenecks and keep work moving efficiently through each stage.
Surface Preparation
- Perform abrasive blasting to remove rust, coatings, and debris, ensuring proper surface readiness for finishing and coating.
Woodworking & Assembly
Operate table saws, routers, sanders, and related equipment to cut, shape, and prepare components according to drawings and cut lists.
Support final assembly of wood products as needed.
Finishing & Coating Application
Apply primers, stains, and finish coats using HVLP and airless spray systems.
Produce consistent, high-quality, defect-free finishes that meet quality standards.
Inspection & Quality Assurance
- Inspect materials and finished components throughout the process to verify compliance with workmanship and quality requirements.
Equipment & Workspace Maintenance
Clean and maintain spray equipment, blasting machinery, and woodshop tools .
Perform basic preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Safety & Workplace Standards
Follow OSHA regulations at all times.
Properly use required PPE and respirators .
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles .

Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues
Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments and varying temperatures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
